OUR SERVICES
RESIN BOUND DRIVEWAY
Resin Bound is a surfacing solution that results from mixing resin and aggregate together in a forced action mixer. Also known as 'stone carpet'.
As well as having highly cosmetic finish with outstanding kerb appeal, resin is over 10 times more eco-friendly in comparing to concrete.
Most importantly it allows water to drain naturally through the finished surface, reducing puddles and slippage. This conforms to the SuDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage System) legislation and also means planning permission is not required for resin bound driveway. Resin Bound is a surface with very high anti-slip properties and it is weed resistant, meaning no more maintenance. A driveway that last more than two decades.

EPOXY RESIN FLOORS
An epoxy floor is part of a wider class of resin floors. Epoxy itself is a type of polyepoxide, a form of reactive polymer that contains epoxide groups. Used to make composites, they also offer outstanding adhesive and protective properties, making them excellent chemical coatings for a variety of surfaces, from floors to walls, industrial equipment and many other surfaces. Not only does it provide a seamless, clean looking surface, it also significantly strengthens the underlying surface, whether its concrete, metal or wood.
Benefits: Versatility: epoxy flooring systems can be applied to a huge range of surface types and conditions, from floors to walls amongst other bespoke applications.
Design: epoxy resin floors can be tailored to required applications:
– Colour: most epoxy flooring systems can be tailored to your colour scheme and, colour stripes and lines can also be included to factor in high-risk areas.
– Texture: simple epoxy coatings can be designed to present smooth, sleek coatings or variants with textured finishes.
– Grip: environments prone to spillages, and frequent damp, grease and oil presence require enhanced grip. In such environments, we recommend adding a non-slip coating to such floors as an industry-recognised way to enhance grip, as recommended by the Health & Safety authorities.
Performance: a hardened epoxy resin itself is renowned for its exceptional surface coating and protective abilities, having been used for a wide variety of applications, having been used by the chemicals, petrochemicals, electronics, automotive and marine industries.
Chemical resistance: unreactive and impermeable to a wide range of substances, from engine oil to acids and of course water.
CONCRETE IMPRINT
Also known as ‘stamped concrete’, it is concrete that has been imprinted, or that is patterned, textured, or embossed to resemble brick, slate, flagstone, stone, tile, wood or various other patterns and texture.

PORCELAIN TILES
Garden porcelain tiles are made from a hardwearing, non-porous material which makes them low maintenance, easy to clean and very durable.

LIQUID & TRADITIONAL SCREED
Floor screed can be applied onto solid in-situ concrete ground floor slabs any insulation layer or alternatively onto precast concrete beams. Floor screed is usually made of a material that has similar properties to concrete, produced from a 1:3 or 1:4.5 ratio of cement to sharp sand, and can also comprise of cementitious and latex products as well as anhydrite binders and water.
- Traditional screeds: This is most commonly used to create a level surface in the final finish of a floor made up of sand cement
- Liquid screeds: Also know as free-flowing or Anhydrite screeds, these can be installed quickly and easily in a range of commercial and domestic environments.
